Suspect STD from oral sex

Dear Experts,

Recently i had a sexual encounter with a freelance commercial sex worker engaging in unprotected oral sex (she give me heads), and protected vaginal sex. This is about a week ago. 3 days later, i have sex with my regular partner engaging in unprotected oral sex and protected vaginal sex too. 1 day after that, I felt a slight burning sensation when peeing and it persists till today (which is almost 7 days from my exposure to the commercial sex worker). I see no discharge at my penis tip and no blood or foul smell in my pee but slight inflammation on tip can be observed.  Am i infected with STD like gonorrhea? Should i go see a doctor?

Appreciate your advice.

Thank you.

Never a bad idea to see a Dr, but doubt this is gonorrhea.
