Tested negative for chlamydia and GH

Hi. I've recently had some troubled times in the past two months.
I had sex with some stripper at a local stripclub. Best time ever. But repercussions were terrible.
4-5 days I started tingling in the land beyond. It lasted for a month but would go away when I got my mind off of it.
I also cheated on my partner of 20 years. Docs said I don't have herpes or any other std. But my epididymis is hard on both sides and I have some neasuea that literally just started. I had slight pains in my urethra down to my hooch and I get pains in my feet and legs. I had a few sores  from having long nails and scratching at the family jewels. Whitish went away in 3-4 days. Docs said it wasn't herpes. I also have some abdominal pain but it's not sever. My glands in my groin have swollen a lot on my left side. I have one swollen in my neck. Only one though. I also have white on the back of my tongue which the doctors say is fine as well. I also went down on my girl 5 days after the encounter. No outbreak or anything on my face I had a pimple come in but I popped it and it went away. It was very small. But my balls are red and my left one hurts after strenuous activity and during sex and masturbation my epididymis on my right testicle will give me sharp pains. And my ******* felt inflamed forever.
Does anyone know what this is. It's been 2 months and it's had me worried. My wife seems just fine and doesn't complain about anything.
Can I get some help here like a medkit or something?
