Testicular Pain and STDS

I received unprotected oral from a csw about 9 days ago, and on the 8th day I started having some testicle pain in my left testicle and lower abdomen. I have read the forum and i have been told i do not have risk for HIV from oral but other stds i do have a risk for. After reading more I have read gonorrhoea and chlamydia can cause testicular pain. I got tested for gonorrhea and chlamydia on the 6th day after my exposure. Is that enough time for accurate test results regarding gonorrhea and chlamydia ? I do not get my results back for another week, if the pain persists should I go to a doctor in case it is something else, also can testicle pain caused by stds cause severe implications within the next week if I don't get treated.

thanks for the reply grace, I ended up going to the emergency and they did a urine test as well as blood test and both came back normal. Would the urine and blood test since they are clear basically rule out my testicular pain being caused by an std. I am not sure if they tested for an std with the urine and blood test but they said the tests showed now infection. They scheduled an ultrasound appointment for me to see what is causing the pain. However, my last question is should i assume the urine and blood test should rule out stds causing my pain?

you can contract std's from oral sex but the risk of such is low. prostatitis and ngu are the 2 biggest risks and they are typically from normal mouth flora not being so  normal in your urogenital tract.

if you still have pain on  monday, be sure to return for another exam. most std's aren't going to cause symptoms like this. make sure that you aren't sitting around hunched over your computer all weekend too - that puts more pressure on the area that is already bothering you.
