This needs to end!
23, male. I have posted here before and I feel like I haven't gone into better detail with what has been happening to me. Well, here it goes.
July 22, 2014: unprotected vaginal (30 seconds) and oral sex (two minutes) with a girl I met over the internet. My penis immediately felt discomfort after the encounter.
July 27, 2014: Discomfort turns into pain in urethra and was pooping blood. Go to an urgent care and get tested for gono and chlamydia. Prescribed Zithromax (1 a day for 5 days) and Doxycycline (2 a day for 10 days). Also prescribed Docusate (1 a day for 30 days) for blood in stool.
July 30, 2014: Urine test comes back negative. Relieved, but still feel constant pain in urethra. No relief from pills, doctor says to stop taking them.
July 31, 2014: Urgent Care again. Urine test for Gono and chlamydia. Prescribed Levaquin (1 a day for two weeks). That night I was really stressed, not sure if it was from Levaquin or from thinking I had HIV. In either case I only took 1 pill and stopped after.
August 4, 2014: Urine test is negative. Go to family doc and tested for gono and chlamydia (Urine), HepC (blood), syphilis (rpr), and HIV (Antibody).
August 5, 2014: Negative for everything. Still feel constant burning in urethra.
August 6, 2014: Go to Urologist. Urine test for Gono and chlamydia. Schedule B27 Antigen Blood Test, U. Urealyticum Urine test and Kidney Ureter Bladder Xray. Prescribed Pyridium which doesn't help much.
September 3, 2014: Go to Urologist. All tests are normal. Scheduled Cystoscopy.
October 1, 2014: Go to Urologist and have Cystoscopy. Normal besides a urachal remnant, which he says is not causing the problem. Schedule cat scan.
I am patiently waiting for the cat scan and hoping that something turns up. I need this to go away and get my life back on track. Symptoms I experience to this day (78 days since exposure) are constant 24/7 urethra pain, burning when I urinate, painful when I ejaculate, yellowish diarrhea and cracks and redness on the head of my penis. The foreskin looks somewhat red and irritated as well. Questions I have at this point:
1) Are there instances like this where a person had to deal with this the rest of their life?
2) I have read about the possibility of a yeast infection occurring in circumcised males. Could this be the most likely culprit if my penishead and foreskin are red?
3) I think when I took the first pill, I did feel relief. I really wish I would've finished it out. Should I try again to take the Levaquin?
4) Since it has been 78 days straight that I have dealt with this, could it be too late to treat and I will have to deal with burning urethra the rest of my life?
5) Could this be E. Coli since I am experiencing both bladder and bowel trouble?
6) I highly doubt that this is stress induced. The whole month of September I was not stressed about this at all and still had symptoms. Could this still be a possibility?
Anything you guys can say will be greatly appreciated. I apologize for posting multiple times, but I just need some assurance.

Update: I apologize for the lon g silence, but I've actually felt alot better since December of 2014. It was all in my head, I ended up on Prozac and it did the trick for me. No burning, no irritation no nothing. It's crazy how much our minds can mess with our bodies.

Update ur burning completely gone?
Update: Day 5 on Diflucan. Sometimes I feel it, sometimes not. I have also been taking Prozac for the stress. I'm now taking it day by day. I still think a change in diet can help and if it is all anxiety, then I hope for it to resolve itself. Will keep ya posted

I never had a swab test. I think k I might ask for it once I get insurance again. Right now, no insurance. All I have is the Diflucan and staying on diet.

Update: Last day of Doxy and still no relief. I guess I can assume the bacteria is not my problem. I will be starting diflucan tomorrow one a day for 10 days. I really hope to see improvement, but will also be seeing a shrink for my anxiety next friday. Will keep you posted!
Yeah, I've had azithromycin and Doxycycline at the beginning but didn't finish the scripts. I'm almost finished this Doxy script with no change.
trich and NGU is so effective if u will take flagyl 2g single does with doxy or acithomycin

Forgot to add I have been tested for gono and chlamydia but not trich as my doc told me it is hard to detect. I'm just glad I can rule it out since flagyl hasn't solved my problem.

Hey mitchyyy, I honestly can't say I'll ever move on with life until this goes away. I can believe that the 24/7 discomfort could be anxiety, but the burning urinate and ejaculate are just too severe to pass up. I don't know how to move on really until I've taken every possible step. Since the Doxy and Flagyl haven't worked, I'm assuming it's not chlamydia, ureaplasma or trich. Levaquin didn't work so no bacteria in my prostate. The only thing I can pinpoint now is yeast which it could be due to the cracks on the head of my penis and where it's cracked it is red and inflamed. I'm also changing my diet to nothing but veggies, garlic, ginger, almonds and salmon. I start the Diflucan in a few days. If the pain isn't relieved, hopefully changing my diet around will keep me happy. Honestly, I also see the possibility that this could've been a problem before and my recent sex partner could have triggered it in my head that it is going on. I hope to feel better ASAP and if it is all anxiety then I hope to move on as you say mitchyyy. Thank you for the advice!
you dont have trich trich wlll come up discharge beiong white after that long the health issue could be 100% due to anxiety !! sti trich will come out of a discharge white and non gono will come out clear have you been tested for these you concern also could be that youy have nothing move on with life please
Thank you very much elee45. I'm sorry that you are also struggling and hope that this suffering will soon end for both us. The mind messes with us in the most mysterious ways, I just hope that if I never find out what it is then I can at least accept it.
Hey, I've been reading this thread and although I can't offer any help, just want to wish you the best. I think the worst part of all this is not knowing for sure the definitive cause or cure. I'm speaking as someone who's currently baffled by a condition that doctors have not been able to help so far. I hope you get through this eventually.
Update: Finished the Trich yesterday with no relief. Have 4 days of Doxycycline left. After that, if still no relief, I plan to try the Diflucan for 10 days.
Yeah being normal again without any kind of pain would be a great gift for christmas.

Me too man. I don't know if it's bacteria, yeast, or even anxiety. Thus Saturday will be 4 months since this started, hopefully it'll finish soon.
