Titers Down and Up After Treatment

Dear Doctors,

My apology for my English, I am from Hong Kong.
I had been tested Syphilis positive last summer, and had completed 3 treatments, but unfortunately, my titers keep being down and up. Below the long journey :(

30 -07-15 Titers 1:8
30-07-15 Treatment #1: Rocephin X 1 IM
01-08-15 Treatment #1: Rocephin X 1 IM
08-08-15 TTreatment #1: Rocephin X 1 IM
05-09-15 Titers 1:8
22-09-15 Treatment #2: Pen G X 1IM
29-09-15 Treatment #2: Pen G X 1IM
06-10-15 Treatment #2: Pen G X 1IM
10-10-15 Titers 1:4
07-11-15 Titers 1:2
15-02-15 Titers 1:4
20-02-15 Treatment #3:Pen G X 1IM
27-03-15 Treatment #3: Pen G X1 IM
05-03-15 Treatment #3: Pen G X 1IM
09-04-16 Titers 1:2
10-05-16 Titers 1:4

I read lots of paper in this months, and I have been tested for Hep A,B,C, and all negative, and also keep testing HIV , and also negative.

I am really confused with this jumping titers, is it normal ? can syphilis be cured ?

Hi, yours is good because its dropping and not raising and this is normal and yes there is a cure for sure.
