Unaccountable symptoms

Hi,
I'm a 20 year old male who very foolishly had unprotected vaginal sex with a stranger in the a large industrial city in the UK 161 days ago. She was a caucasian woman in her late forties. About 6 and a half weeks after the encounter i had a fever for a couple of days, not overly debilitating but quite was bed bound for at least 24 hours. I have subsequently had 2 negative DUO tests, one at 42 days and one at 94 days. Negative for all other blood bourn pathogens i.e hep A, B and C. Negative for all STDs although not tested for HSV because I have had no sores or lesions at all despite some itchiness. All general blood tests are ok with my GP i.e FBC and inflammatory markers, negative EBV, negative CMV and also negative HTLV 1 and 2. Since my fever i have had a series of odd symptoms which have become more pronounced over time namely fatigue, myalgia (most prevalent in my lower back), increased urination with poor urine flow and constipation.

Just wondering if anyone can relate to my situation, if so what could this be and how can I tackle it. Unfortunately the woman in question bled rather profusely during the intercourse leaving my penis bathed in her blood. Just wondering whether this may change anything.

Many Thanks

Fair response, but it's not a question of anxiety. With the blood just aware of the possibility of transmission of other viruses/bacteria which are perhaps not usually associated with venereal transmission. The fact that I haven't been able to shake these symptoms is, to me, quite concerning.

Your symptoms are not those of any STD, and your negative tests prove none of those infections is the cause. That your partner "bled rather profusely during the intercourse leaving my penis bathed in her blood" probably is irrelevant. Blood contact doesn't increase STD risks.  The most common explanation of symptoms like yours is psychological, perhaps relating to your anxieties over the sexual exposure.
