Unflushed Toilet containing used condom

Hi, doctor... i may have a possible infection case here, please help me...

just now, i was having some bad diarrhea and had to use a public toilet. i was in a real hurry to go and did not look at the contents of the toilet before using it. While i was using it, some of my waste dropped quite hard on the toilet and there were some of the water in the toilet bowl splashing back to my anus and penis. To my horror, when i checked the bowl after i had done my business, i noticed a used condom in the toilet. And i assume there must be urine and feces from any previous users since the flush was broken. Is there any cause to worry for this? assuming that someone who had HIV or any other STD used the toilet before me... would i get infected? should i get tested for anything?

To prevent toilet water splashing on you *** in the future put toilet paper in there before you go.   Of course if you are rushed....that's another story.   I am glad I read this one after lunch.
