The risk is low from oral sex, not my place to tell you what to do.

It was safer sex than vaginal or anal but not 100% safe. The risk is low. If you haven't developed any symptom I wouldn't even think about STD. However I can't tell you 100% sure you are STD free.

It was receive and give. She said she gets tested every three months and she is clean . But I have never heard of getting something from oral. I thought it was safe ???

You don't say if you give or receive oral sex. If giving to a woman, the risk is very very low, negligible. If receiving, the risk was low and without symptoms I wouldn't be worried. If you want to be 100% sure, get tested. We can't tell you what you have to tell your wife, that's a personal decision.
