Urgent help vdrl

Anti HIV-non reactive
Vd (syphilis Ab) reactive
Vd screen ( RPR) reactive 1:1
TPHA non reactive

Does the person have syphilis? Do I need to confirm? Can it be treated?

Thanks but then why the doc has recommended to do a confirmation with T. Palladium line immunoassay?

You have a "biological false positive" VDRL test (BFP). You have already had a confirmatory test, the TPHA. It shows you don't have syphilis and needn't worry about it.  BFP tests happen all the time and it's entirely normal. You don't have syphilis. Move on without worry about it.
