Vagina to hand to penis

I recently had a encounter with a friend of mine. She touched her vagina a couple times then gave me a handjob. A week later I started to get a weird sensation in my testicles and my shaft seemed to be very tender and a burning feeling when I touched it or it rubbed against clothes the wrong way. This feeling lasted about a week. I also had no appetite what's so ever and felt really sad for no reason, however this lasted for only a week. weeks later I seem to have a weird white spot on my penis shaft and almost looks like small paper cut on the top of my shaft just below the head and a small piece that looks like it is missing skin.  I had a doctor check it out and he didn't think the white mark looked like herpes. I got tested for gonorrhea and chlamydia and it came back negative. I also developed a small rash on my anus crack but it went away after 4 days and a outside thigh rash that was wet but didn't look like herpes when i asked the doctor.
Any thoughts on the likely hood this is anything. I got a std test a few months back and was negative on everything.

So the spots are still the same. However my butt is back to having a burning sensation and has 4 small red spots. They look more like pimples then blisters. I'm having a herpes blood test in two days. Which would be about 7 weeks. I know 3 months is the ideal mark for testing but I kind of just want a base line. I'm more worried that maybe I had herpes before and never had a outbreak and maybe this stress triggered it. Last time I had sex was 10 months ago. Not very wild only had 3 sexual partners. Chances ?

Thank you for your help so far. So I have recently started dating this girl. Am I in the clear to have sexual intercourse when the time comes. I'm just trying to be as safe as possible and don't want to pass anything.

If the spots turn into fluid filled blisters in a day or two. Have them swabbed. If they don't I highly doubt it's hsv. If you did have hsv from this you would be the first I've heard. I am very confident this is not herpes.

Even the white spot and the other mark on penis? Those spots worry me more then anything cause that was where the burning was. Yeah I have been reading symptoms online and that's probably in my head a decent amount. Would you even bother to have a herpes blood test in a couple weeks or no?

Your initial or primary outbreak would be in the exact spot you were infected. Not the anus or outer thigh. Like I said this all does not add up to hsv or any std for that matter. You have been readinf symptoms online I'm guessing. The problem with that is some of these symptoms are for future outbreaks and some have no scientific evidence behind them.
Your symptoms do not suggest hsv

He suggested I use hydrocortisone. Which I did and it seemed to stop the burning after a couple days. However the rash on my outer thigh and anus came right after. I'm just concerned that alot of my symptoms match up with herpes. Which your telling me and my doctor that it's most likely not. I just can't explain the marks and burning, loss of appetite and muscle aches.

I understand your concern. What did your Dr suggest? It sounds nore like bacterial or fungal than any std.

I just find it hard to believe that I got anything, but the same time I've never had any symptoms like this before.

You did not contract hsv or any other std from this exposure.  I have had this very same conversation with Dr Handsfield and he said there is zero risk from this type of exposure.
