Very dry tongue after kissing??

I had a very brief french kiss with a girl at a night club.. since then, I have been having a very dry tongue, not dry as in no saliva but dry as in the tongue itself feels rough (I can't describe it very well).. First, I thought it was oral thrush so I tried gargling salt water, mouth wash and I've been using Daktarin anti-fungal cream for 2 or 3 weeks now but to no use. Since two weeks ago, I started to notice the sides of my mouth roof getting drier too and changing texture. Did I get an oral std or is it just some bacterial infection or yeast or whatever?? It seems that the situation gets worse day by day..

I know that my chance for an std from french kissing is very low but I am 100% sure I got something because my tongue has never felt like that before the kiss.. Its been a whole month now and I still don't know what I have.

dry tongue isn't a std symptom.

did you have any actual testing done or is your doctor just treating you to shut you up and get you out of their office?

I understand that u KNOW french kissing cannot cause an STD, but if someone already has an STD can't it be passed along by french kissing??? For example, if the girl already had an Oral Std from going down on someone and I french kissed her, wouldn't the disease transmit???

See a Dr then. Kissing is not a STD risk. You can think what you want I KNOW.

Oral herpes is not considered a STD.

Im pretty sure it is even if it a very low risk... For example, i know people can get oral herpes and oral Syphilis through french kissing.  What if it was not an STD but a bacterial infection of sorts??? Im 100% sure I got something but I just want to know what exactly it is
