Very slight burning sensation. Need some advice.

I'm in a slightly strange situation.  On Sunday night I had sex with a female 2 times.  The first time, I used a condom, the 2nd time I did not.

This person has had chlamydia before, but has taken the medication for it to clear it up months ago.

Within the next day (within hours) I had a very slight burning/tingling sensation at the tip of my penis.  This has been pretty constant whether after urination or not.  It comes and goes, but it is very slight.  It is not a strong burning sensation, or any type of sharp pain.

I've read that if someone contracts Chlamydia that it would take a few days at least to show up.  This feeling was immediate.  I'm thinking it could possibly be a reaction to the condom (not sure if it had spermicide on it or not), or simply some sort of reaction to her bodily fluids or creams, soaps, etc.

The problem is this sensation hasn't really gone away, and its been about 80 hours since initial contact.  So, my question is two fold :

1, could this be an STD?  Would I feel such a reaction so quickly?  From what I read, this seems unlikely.

2, could this simply be a reaction to the condom or friction that may have cuased this?  If that is more likely, wouldn't this go away within a few days?

I'm sorry if I seem a bit paranoid, but as more days go by the more worried I get.  Some advice would really be appreciated here, as if it doesn't go away within the next few days I'm considering getting an STD test.  Note : I had an STD test right after I found out she tested positive for Chlamydia last year and I came up negative.

you need to go and be seen and follow up on this with your doctor.

Well, I woke up this morning and I felt fine, until I urinated, then I felt it again.  And, that was about 5 hours ago and I still "feel" it.

Just not sure what this could be, at this point.

1. Your inital symptoms would not be STD related, you could have had a reaction to the condom and still be feeling that or maybe you did pick up a STD also.

2. It could be, it could go away within hours or sometimes days. The male uretha is a sensititve area and can be irritated easily.

Testing for chlymida and gonorrhea 5 days after the exposure will give you a conclusive result.
