What are my chances of catching an STD from a brief one night stand?

I had a very brief one night stand with a longtime friend. Both very drunk. Both heterosexual, married, monogomous for the last 8-10years. She has 2 kids, me, 3. I am male. Received about 30-45 seconds of oral from her. Gave her about 30 seconds of oral. Unprotected penile/vaginal intercourse for less than 5 minutes total...no ejaculation. I took a 500 mg of a z-pack that day and followed it with 1.25 gms of zithromax the following day. Talked to her, she's never tested positive or been treated for an STD. I'd like to think my chances are slim but mentally I am a wreck. Both swore never to tell our spouses as we both realize it was a gross error in judgement but would hate for my wife to find out by testing positive down the line. Any help would be great.

For Dr's advice you would have to pay and post in the Dr's form. That area is seperate from here.
STD's are never "dormant" once you have it you always have it until it is treated. Some STD's may not show symptoms but you have it and would test positive for it.

The only concern you should have is if the woman's spouse is cheating on her. But that is something you probably know or have an idea if something like that was going on. Other then that no real cause for concern.

She's been tested during her pregnancies and OB checkups.. She assures me she's never had an STD or been treated for one. I've known this person for 15 years. She would not lie to me about this. I guess my cause for concern is that there are statments out there that some STD's lie dormant, etc...From what I've read on here the Zithromax should pretty much take care of chlamydia and gonnorhea. As far as anything else, she definitely would have told me. She is just as sick about this as I am and neither of us want to lose our spouses over this or hurt them in any way. I think I am worrying too much and being a hypochondriac but needed to hear what others have to say. Was hoping the Dr.s had some statistics or input they could offer.

Chance is probably pretty small, but only way to know for sure is to test yourself.
Testing times-Gonorrhea/chlymida/ngu-1 week, herpes-4 months, syhilis-6 weeks, HIV-3 months.
Like I said probably a very small chance but any unprotected encounter with someone who has an STD is possible. And since you can't say if she has one or not for sure it's best to test.
