What could this be??

Starting to get some anxiety on this situation. Quick background, I'm a healthy white male, mid 20's, and at the beginning of June, I made a huge mistake to have unprotected sex one time with a girl I met off a dating website. We had chatted for a bit before hand, she was a white female, early 20's, recently single from a long term monogamous relationship, claimed she was free of STD's, tested before and after every partner, and also showed me her CNA license so I assumed that there was no way a healthcare worker would lie about that. Turns out she might have.

A week later, I saw slight milky white, watery discharge from the tip of my penis and slight burning when I pee'd. Went in and got tested for chlamydia and gonorrhea and was also treated the same day (shot, 1g azythromycin). All symptoms cleared up very quickly, and I didn't worry too much about it.

Fast forward to this past Monday (almost 6 months later) and the same symptoms have reappeared! I have not had sex since that day. Went in to get tested again for Gon and chlamydia again on Tuesday, and was once again treated the same day (2g azithromycin), however symptoms have not been going away as quickly as last time, and depending on the part of the day, are sometimes worse! I'm not sure what this could be, I've searched through the forums to get an idea, I've heard treatment could take up to a week but it's still worrysome that this could be a result of something else that I may not know about. Anyone have any ideas? I'd really appreciate it!

The first time I was tested at a carespot and I never got a call back from them plus my symptoms resolved with medication so either they didn't actually send out the test, or were just waiting for me to follow up with results (which they never clearly relayed to me, and since my symptoms cleared I didn't bother going back.) they did tell me there that they had detected signs of infection in my urine under a microscope though which is why they treated me. Since this is probably not std related and I was tested at the state health department I'll probably follow up just so I know the results of the test this time to rule out std's but regardless of what the results are, I'm not sure why meds didn't clear it up this time around

I've noticed throughout the day I've had a dull pain in my left side and in my left testicle. At this point I am starting to rule out STD/HIV because the symptoms are no longer lining up. Would discharge/slight urination burn/localized left side pain like that I guess line up more with a kidney stone or something?

No does not sound like a STD, but like I said unsure what it could be

So this doesn't sound like it could be a different std with similar symptoms? I'm not sure what my risk factor was either, I assumed low but I guess I assumed wrong! I read that trich could have similar symptoms but would the Azithromycin clear that up too?

I would say you probably had a STD the 1st time, not sure what is going on now. Follow up with your Dr.
