What do I have!?

Hi there. I'm a 23 year old woman who just had sex for the first time. Being that I was intoxicated but in a relationship, it was stupidly unprotected. Now my question is two.
1. Prior to having sex, I had shaved my pubic area and now have bumps on my labia that were not there before. They are uniformed and almost in rows. They do not hurt or burn or itch. Looking up all kinds of images the only thing that I could find that match was Fordyce Spots. Is this most likely what I have?
2. After having sex both oral and vaginal. Over the time period of a month or so, I Have gotten strep throat. This was going around the work place and O don't think much of it but it's been about 2 weeks and I'm still seeing a red spot on my Uvula. Looking farther back I can see some white spots. I've also discovered I have several small bumps on my Thyroid that will be looked at in about a week and a half. Do you think this is STD related?

1. That or irritation
2. It can be but can't say based on symptoms as oral gonorrhea does not usually produce symptoms and much easier to get gonorrhea in the vagina than oral.
