What is the exact problem I have? Please read my symptoms. Welcome your inputs.

I welcome all inputs. I have had unsafe sex with multiple partners. Last encounter was in May. I was perfectly fine until MAY 2009, then I had Hep A or Jaundice. I recovered in June 2009, but I lost weight and I would say my immune system is affected.
Then In the month of Aug 2009, I showed symptoms of itching and burning sensation. And I was getting married in September 2009, hence I decided to go for a complete STD screening. HIV, HSV 1,2 HSV DNA, HPV DNA, Syphillis, etc. ( Etc...because I am in China mostly all the results are written in chinese and I cannot read the names.) But the doc told me I dont have a STD. The problem was prostate fluid had 2+ on WBC infection. and other reading was ++/HP which should be more ( +++ is the usual reading). Uu>=10 Mu>=10. Doc told me have Non bacterial Prostatitis. Gave me a week of Azithromycin. A week later Uu And Mu reading came back to normal but the WBC and HP remained same. Gave me more medicines to treat Non Bacterial Prostatis. Assured not a STD and can get married.
I married in Sept. Again repeated the test of Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, NGU, UU, MH, BV, Candidiasis, Fungal or Yeast infection on Oct,Jan2010, March2010. All came negative. Last week even the WBC count showed normal.
In February2010 went to my country, India. Had sex with my wife. Had Blisters and scared went and repeated HSV-1, 2, HIV, VDRL urine test and general urine test all came negative. Doc told me nothing to worry drink more water.
Today morning I noticed small blisters at the end or rim of the pennis head. Went to doc they are testing for the HPV. Waiting for the result on WED. And they gave me a immediate result collecting sample and observing under microscope which said no VIRUS.
I have itching sensation, sometimes pain when I walk below the pennis area i guess its called groin. If I have no STD why is this itching sensation not going away? Is it possible that there are other STD present?
Can any of these test results later show positive on testing? I am really worried If you have any suggestions of further tests please let me know.

you've covered your std bases. your provider doesn't feel this is std related either.
if the guilt is causing you so much pain, then indeed talk to your wife about this but it's not a std going on.

Went to the doctor again, as I had noticed some discharge sometimes clear and sometimes cloudy or grey, Today he took the sample of the discharge and found WBC ++ on it. Gave me a injection and a week of doxy. My pennis is not healthy as before and nobody seems to be sure of what is going on.
I think not only me many of the members are going through this issue, if not for specific Positive for usual STD, another buch of infections which cannot be detected or treated still remains.
My question is should i screen my wife, as the doctor is saying its not a STD. At the same time my concious says to tell my wife everything and get her screened.

Just today i noticed a white colour discharge. What could this be I also have a burning sensation. I have tested twice negative for STDs and I have not had any other contacts after that. Please advice.
No, She had itching sensation but mostly cured. But I am mostly concerned now about HPV. Let me wait for my results on Wednesday and let you know. Any other problems you think in the meanwhile?
you covered your bases from your previous encounter before you got married. At this point whatever is going on, most likely is not related. Discussing the issues you are having with your wife is what married couples do. they support each other and are concerned with each others health. let your wife know what is going on and ask if she is having any issues herself.

Adding to the above. I thank such a forum where I can discuss things. I really love my wife and I dont want to give her any infections. Should I discuss everything with her and get her tested too? Eagerly waiting for replies
