What is wrong with my penis?

I had unprotected sex about 6 months ago and recently I discovered bumps on my foreskin that have gone up to my penis head. The bumps sometimes itch and are irritable. My penis head is red and has like a shiny rash with cracked skin on the front. I am very stressed about it I am scared it is an std and I'm only 16. I tried the vinegar on them and nothing turned white. Please help

Hi, the bumps are most likely natural to your skin that your just noticing now as are not a symptom of any std. Symptoms would appear about a week later not 6 months and would be white puss penis discharge, burning while urinating, itching inside your penis or genital blister type sores. And im sure the vinegar is causing a skin irritation so dont use that on delicate skin tissues.
