White Flat Spot on Skin of Base of Penis

Hello all...

I had posted here about 4 and a half months ago with concerns about having an STD from an unprotected 2 minute ******* from a stripper. To Recap:

I had done clamydia, gonorea, and syphillis testing. I did not test for HPV and HIV since I was told I cannot get these from this type of encounter. I also took two different kinds of treatments (pills). One the next morning after the encounter (Zithromax and Suprax, the 5 pill treatment all at once), and then one about a month after the encounter (Doxycyline, 1 week). The first was just a precautionary treatment and the Doxycline was because I 'thought' I had some tingling during urination and also on the opening of the penis... This could have been due to stress and paranoia though...

The encounter was Nov 6th, 2008. Today it is March 24th, which is about 20 weeks (or 4 months and 3 weeks) after initial possible exposure. I have not had any visible physical abnormalities up until about earlier in the month (early March). I'm not sure the exact date because the visible symptom has slowly started to get larger in appearance throughout the past 3 weeks. My best description is this:

At the base of the penis (top, near pubic hair) a white patch about 1-2cm in width is not very apparent and it is not a figment of my imagination. It is not a circle shape, it has a unique shape. It is white in color, almost like bleached. It now appears as sometime pink, sometimes white... It is COMPLETELY flat... Nothing raised, no lesions, no blood, no itching, no REAL redness, no tingling, no burning... It is basically just there!

Now, the girls I received the ******* from had nothing visible on her... Could this be something like Herpes or HPV? I myself doubt this... As there are no real symptoms of those... (I'm not sure of what HPV looks like). Could this be some sort of penile cancer? I have read about something called 'Vitiglo'. Could it be this? If it is, then that would make sense... But it doesn't seem to be getting bigger.. It looks as though it just appeared and is there now doing nothing... So call me crazy but is this caused by the encounter with the stripper or was I going to have this anyway?

Thanks so much!

This doesn't sound at all like herpes.  We can not diagnose you, even with pics.  No one can, or should, be diagnosing over the internet.  You need a proper exam by a medical provider.

It could be fungal, dermatitis, etc., but you do need to get it checked out.
