bleeding from penis right when aroused before sex/masterbuation

Hi I'm Gabe I am 19 years old and i had sex a few weeks ago , with a girl i really didn't know , i knew she slept around a lot but i didn't think she had a std so we had unprotected sex. Right away i noticed a little bump inside of my penis hole right on the beginning of it , i thought it was nothing and didn't really do anything about its been just about a month or maybe even more now since we had sex and the bump is bigger it almost covers my penis hole.So today i was laying with a girl and i  got aroused and almost  ejaculated so i stopped and went to the bathroom to urinate , when i looked at my penis it was covered in blood i mean  a lot of it too ,  i just wiped it off and urinated it did not burn or anything  it was normal and the bleeding stopped  right away . So i figured it was only a one time thing  so when i got home  i wanted to make sure the blood wasn't in my sperm so i went to masterbuate and i was already kinda aroused so when i pulled my penis out  i found it covered in blood  it looked like it was coming from that bump bc it was bleeding a lot from right under it but i kept going bc i wanted to see if it was in my semen and it is not from my semen. So im guessing its from that bump , i really dont know what  do and i would really appreciate some advice  i need to know if this is a serious problem and if i should take another step and go to a doctor  but i wanted to find out if this is a std or not and if it is what kind is it ? i know its stupid  but i just don't have money to go see a doctor right now so i wanted  to see what i have before i go to him if any expert could help me out and know my symptoms and what they are it would really help me out .

You need to go and be seen today somewhere.  Do not masturbate again until you've had it examined and properly treated.  You also need a full std screening since you are having unprotected sex ( assume nothing about a partner and for your own protection, always use a condom unless it's a monogamous relationshp ).

this could be many. many things but it needs dealt with promptly.
