bumps on vulva and butt cheek

I recently suffered an extremely painful yeast infection that lasted about 9 days.  I was prescribed Diflucan and had to take 4 150mg tablets before it was gone.  It has been gone for 13 days, and in that time I have also gotten my period.  I should note that I also started birth control (tri-sprintec) 15 days ago.  Yesterday I noticed very small reddish, shiny bumps on my vulva (the same area where the yeast infection got really bad), and also on the same side as that, but closer to my butt cheek.  They are kind of all clustered together.  The bumps do not hurt, but are only a little dry and itchy.  I have not had sex with my boyfriend since before the yeast infection (it's probably been about 3 weeks now!).  None of this was going on (besides the yeast infection) when I last went to my gynecologist 2 weeks ago.  What does this sound like to you?

It 'sounds' like herpes, but also also 'sounds' like a host of other things as simple as skin irritation but the only way to know is either culture it if they blister or even better to get a type-specific blood test and ignore the IgM and just look at the IgG. How is the Florajen working for you?? I just learned about it and want to pick up my own bottle tomorrow.

I also should note that I have been taking Florajen (pro-biotics) to assist in eliminating the yeast.  Also, I have some bumps on my inner thigh.  I did have these when I went to my doctor, and she said not to worry about them.  There are only about 4, and are VERY spread out.  Thanks for your help!
