Thanks Tommy, those practices can lead to someone believing there is infidelity in the relationship.
Doctors always usually treat for chlamydia when they seem abnormalities such as the ones you describe. This is a debatable topic b/c some doctors think it's right to do so, while others think that antibiotics shouldn't be prescribed right away for an undiagnosed condition, since resistance to that antibiotic can build up.
Thanks Frances for your comments. Sounds like the exact situation, her pap is always abnormal too.
when i was treated they told me that it wouldn't hurt for the guy i was with to be treated even if it turned out to be nothing. they also took 2 tubes of blood on top of doing a vaginal scrape.
i understand what you are saying.i had met this guy and we had sex from pretty much sun up to sun up.it was great. but anyways, i went to the doctor the other day to get tested and was told that there were some cells seen under the microscope. they also did a urine test which showed nothing so they told me that i was going to be treated for chlamydia just to be safe. i got a shot and a 7 day suppy of doxycycline. my pap test are always abnormal and they think that that could have played a part plus i was about to start my cycle. the only problem that i was having was and itch at night. no burning or discharge.
