concerned about stds

i had a question for you, i live in miami and i have done some risky things in my opinion, i don't know why but i have done sexual things with a lot of prostitutes, although im tryng not to do that stuff anymore, i wanted to know what your opinion was on my current situation, since my last test that i had which was negative for all stds which i took in june of 2007 , from august 2007 to august 2008 i have had sex with 9 prostitutes all with a condom on completely protect, and i recieved oral sex from from 14 and 3 of those incident were with a condom and the other 11 where without a condom, and 1 hand job which was unpleasent because i recieved a cut from that since there was no lubrication and then oral sex after that with a condom on and without it for 1 minute ( risky?), although this is the risky part back in december of 2007 1 incident with a prostitute the condom broke for not more than 2 minutes or less and i ejaculated, the wierd thing is that sometimes i get a lot of stomach pains and head aches and a sore throat,  i haven't been tested since last year, ( but before my test last year which i waited 4 months with no sexual contact to take i had every symptom for most stds, but came up negative for everything including hiv ). and now since my last three sexual contacts with a prostitute which was on the same day, which were all protected with a condom and one of them gave me oral sex without a condom first for 5 minutes, which was three weeks ago i have been have stomach pains and a headache which started 2 days after, so basically what do you think my risk is as of now for all stds?? and do you have any opinion or explanation of my current symptoms?

Since most of your encounters were protected then the risk becomes low, condoms work. Oral can transmit STD's but it is a low risk method also.
Since you are sexually active and have not been tested in a while then I suggest you test for STD's.
Your symptoms do not point to an STD. And you said before that you had a lot of STD symptoms...like what? Just because you have a symptom of an STD it doesn't mean you have an STD because symptoms can be many things and not always SYD's.

But like I said you should go get tested. And keep having safe sex.
