Since most of your encounters were protected then the risk becomes low, condoms work. Oral can transmit STD's but it is a low risk method also.
Since you are sexually active and have not been tested in a while then I suggest you test for STD's.
Your symptoms do not point to an STD. And you said before that you had a lot of STD symptoms...like what? Just because you have a symptom of an STD it doesn't mean you have an STD because symptoms can be many things and not always SYD's.
But like I said you should go get tested. And keep having safe sex.
