i have a white discharge from my penis. i have no burning or itching or swelling of the penis. the discharge appeared after i used a sex lubircant

some discharge can be normal... but discharge is usually a sign of infection. If you've had unprotected sex then you have a reason to be concerned of an STD such as gono, chlamydia, NGU which could cause the discharge. You also would have been at risk for other stds such as syphilis, hsv, HIV and you would want to consider a full STD panel
