does std infected penis always have discharge?

I had received drunk unprotected oral sex from a girl in a night club 2 weeks ago. 2-3 days after that I get getting worry as I felt a minor pain or itchy (can't tell whata the exactly feeling is) at the tip of my penis and minor redness, not sure the redness comes from my constant self examination or infection. It had been almost 2 weeks now. No discharge not visible cut.

Just wondering if a std infected penis always result in discharge. Also, if I got anything from it. How log will the actual symptom show up?

Thanks

Almost always, yes:  there would be discharge. With none after 2 weeks, it isn't going to happen. You can be confident you weren't ifnected.
