dont know what this is

Hi I had unprotected sex over 2 months ago and have had red spots on the tip of my penis since then, they are not itchy and to not burn they arent raised either. I have had a herpes, hiv, chlamydia, and gonorrhea tests done and all have come back negative. The doctors at the std clinic said that it didnt look like any std to them and thought it might be something fungal. I have been using Lotrimin anti fungal cream for over a week now and havent noticed any improvement . Any suggestions to what this might be?
