I noticed them on april 2012 i think. And since then they haven't disappeared. So it's been about two years? They dont bother me but i'm just concerned why i have them.

You asked how long genital warts last. That's the only question I was answering. It has nothing to do with your papillae. Do your best to stop obsessing about it!

What do you mean that it's highly variable? That it could possibly be genital warts. They are the same size haven't grown or spread anywhere else.

Genital warts usually clear up within a year or so, without treatment. But it's highly variable.

Yes that is what i thought. I have them in my inner labia minora . You can't really see them until i strech the skin. I have gone to doctors and i asked them she said that everything looked normal. If it were of been hpv she would've been able to see them. Shw said that usually everyone has them. And i was pregnant when i had then i think they did a papsmear. They would of told me if something was wrong? I think i have them for about 2 years or so i can't remember but they look the same " how long do genital warts last?

Genital warts don't last 3 years. If that's what you had 3 years ago, they would be gone by now. Therefore, vestibular papillae is a much more likely cauuse of the bumps you have noticed.
