The white discharge is unfortunately a bad sign. Having penile white discharge happens about a third of the time with primary herpes infections in males. However, there would usually be some pain associated with that as well.
My thoughts are that the rash, given the description, is still probably not herpes, however, I believe that you do probably have an infection and you should definitely be tested. It's just that I believe it's more likely to be NGU than herpes, but the only way to know will be through testing. Good luck.
thanks for your insight.Last week during the whole episode i had one painful urination experince. after the one time i drank lots of water so that i would use the bathroom again. minutes later when i used the bathroom there was no pain. yesterday i noticed a bit of white discharge from my penis. this is the first time i have seen it. it was kinda thick.it was just the one time tho. havent seen it before or so far after. i was reading that gonorrhea cuases rashes. what do you think?
The word blocked out should have been "puss-like"
Sounds like follicitis, which is fairly common. Your description does not sound like herpes or any other STD. Warts can't be "popped", and herpes would be sore and not really *****, so much as clear discharge. Something like that could be molluscum, but given that they are all on hair follicles, I doubt it.
Though I will say, if you have reason to doubt your STD status, getting tested bi annually is a good idea, just in general.
google sebaceous cysts and see if that is what yours looks like.
