im new i need help

Hi.im 31yrs male from india. Two days before a lady gave me oral sex.i dnt  know about her hiv nd std status.
im worried soo much. I need to know will I be infected with hiv nd std.
I am unanle to concentrate on my work nd family.im very worried.
do I neef to take hiv rna test?
but still now I cannot see any symptoms like (buring urination, pain on test and penis no swelling) unfortunately today moring I feel like I had loose stools....
past today I even unable to eat foods as im pyschologically stressed.
plz help me out.
Do I infected with hiv nd std?

In my opinion you were at risk of some STD, although a low risk. If you don't develope any sypmtom within 2-3 weeks, I wouldn't be concerned and I wouldn't recommend you testing but if you you want to test it's no a bad idea. You can test for gonorrhea and chlamydea right now and for syphilis in 6 weeks.

Today morning I spoke with a std and hiv hot line in my country..they told its no risk for both hiv nd std.
but still planning to do test

Receiving oral sex is not a risk for HIV. Regarding other STD's, you could have got NGU, gonorrhea, syphilis and herpes. I don't know the rates of those diseases in your country. The higher the rates, the higher the chances. Nevertheless, oral sex is not an efficient way to transmit STD's. Don't be so stressed, the odds are in your favor.
