is licking through panties like a dental dam?

So I am really worried I may have done something wrong, and that I may have gotten an STD, please any help would be great. So I recently got with a girl who I know is extremely active sexually. It was just one of the nights, and I got with her when normally I wouldn't have. Not to insult her, but I consider her somewhat dirty. Long story short,  I was smart enough not to have full intercourse, but she did want to be eaten out. So not having any dental dams, and not wanted to risk STD's, in the heat of the moment I thought licking her through her panties would be safe enough. So of course I did. So I am wondering what the risks are for contracting an STD from licking a girl out through her panties (actually a thong), or if its relatively safe. Could I have possibly contracted something.

also, she gave me a hand job (safe right) but forgot for one second, and she did (for like 4 seconds) give me fellatio, before I told her to stop. So is there any risk, in something that quick either?

I am more concerned about the licking of the thong, as I am really scared that it doesn't really protect me. Please any advice would be great. THank you

Is this information 100% true, that there is 0% risk from std's if you like a girl out through her pants?

You had no risk. STD's are not passed through objects like clothing. And the 4 secs of oral is not a risk either.
