Can anyone help me if this a symptom of herpes? I have this itching irratated feeling on the sides of my mouth. This has been going on for a day and half. I have no sores or blisters but a white bump. it does not hurt and it does not have a mucus or pus on the tip.

This could be many things from irritation, fungal infection, allergic reaction , viral infection etc. The best thing to do is to see your doctor if it continues.
