muscle aches

8 months ago I had unprotected vaginal intercourse with a csw,I started having symptoms of muscle aches, headaches, fatigue, rash on hand ,sore throat, pain behind knees, elbows, armpits 4 weeks after the incident.I still have those symptoms on and off. Also I keep getting red erythema like spots on the tongue which go nes away after 3-4 days.I tested neg. for hiv, syphlis, hepatitis, chlamydia, gonorhea 2 months after exposure, hiv tested was repeated at 4 months after exposure was neg.
Do I need any other  test to rule out any other STD at this point? Now my girl friend started showing  same signs about a month ago.
I need help.

Look into anxiety symptoms. The mind can cause many issues. Your tests tell you conclusively that you do not have an STD except for herpes and your symptoms are not typical for herpes. You have two options seek medical help for a non STD related illness or seek mental help for anxiety to see if that is what is causing your health issues.

In the future do not seek out CSW's for sexual contact it seems this causes you too much concern and always use protection when having sex outside of a committed relationship. Not a judgement, this will protect you from such fears.

Herpes questions please post in that forum.
HIV test is conclusive at 3 months
Syphilis is conclusive at 6 weeks.

See a Dr your ulcers have nothing to do with a STD.

EBV...out of the scope of this forum.

Pimples behind the ears has nothing to do with a STD.

No you would not get false negatives unless you did something wrong during the test but even then it would be not likely.

Would not be a bad idea to test for herpes just to cover your basis.

I also get little pimples behind my ears where lymph nodes on both sides at exactly the same spots.
I seriously think it is some sort of infection i got from that incident.
Could the tests be false neg.
Gonorhea/hepatitis/syphilis-----should i repeat these tests.
Also should i test for Herpes or EBV?
Please  advise.

Herpes but those are not symptoms of herpes. See a Dr, you do not have a STD based on testing.
