You can not get an STD from a hand job. You need to have some sort of penetration for a risk of an STD. Vaginal and anal are the highest risk and oral is a low risk.-This is assuming that it is unprotected sex then those risks apply. If you have protected sex then you are protected.

Don't worry about an STD.
