problem

hi
here's the situation.
male in my 30s in a long term relatioship, received unprotected oral from a london escort. after 1w my gf and i started amoxicillin cure for something totally unrelated (3gr in one dose for 3 or 4 days)
in the meantime didnt notice anything strange with my penis.
almost 2months from the encounter (and so 2month minus a week from the antibiotic cure) i started to get paranoid and always checking for anything unusual down there. after a couple of days (so 2months after encounter) i notice in the morning a completely clear sticky discharge coming out of my urethra (usually i would have to squeeze it to see something). i know this is something you shouldnt do, but me and my gf took 1gr of azythromicin and then i didnt notice any more discharge. After a couple of weeks from this azythromicin threatment, i found the tip of my penis a little red (no discharge). i went to the urologist who couldn see anything wrong (beside my prostate being small and very slightly painful and thought was prostatitis. he suggested to do urine colture, sperm colture etc for trichomonas, mychoplasma and chlamydia. All came back negative.in the meantime no discharge whatsoever. i repeated urine test after a month or so all ok (no leukocites etc).
at this point we are at 4months after encounter. clear sticky discharge came back (ONLY in the morning and usually i would wake up around 5.30am and nothing there, urinate, and when i wake up around 6.30/7 there is this slight discharge that is completely clear and sticky). i got a dna test for chlamidya (negative).
from this last test has now been 2months and the discharge come and goes, so 2weeks ago i repeated the sperm colture including gonorrhea this time. everything negative (also this time no leukocites in the sample).
Now my questions:
1) if i had something would it show in the first tests (even if at that time i didnt have any discharge) in the form of presence of leukocites in the urine/sperm sample or positive colture?
2) my urologist didnt think necessary to get tested for gonorreah because when he visited me i was not showing any sign of that, so i proceeded to get myself tested independetly (the only way to get this test done were i live is with a sperm colture). again, this was negative but i dont remember if i urinated before producing the sperm sample...would this test be reliable given that if i had an infection (gono) the test would have showed leukocites in the sample?
3)what could be the cause of this discharge? again, it's completely clear, only in the morning and 95% of the time i see it only if i squeeze the tip of my penis like an hour after my first urination.
4) the doctor gave me some natural supplement for my prostate and i notice that when i'm taking them there is no discharge but then after a while comes back (on and off for few days)

thanks a lot for your patience (i know i wrote more than what i first planned to)

If you want to know if you have a STD then you have to test for it. A basic urine test might not show anything.

i see...so this plus the fact that no leukocites showed up in any urine/sperm test is an indication that no infection is going on right?
thanks again

The morning discharge? Yes it is very common. It is estimated that men get like 7 erections during sleep. And this is just fluid produced during arousal.

do you mean other people actually experience this?

I am not going to address your questions because this is much simpler...you had a low risk event, your discharge is actually normal. I see no reason to be concerned.
