red itchy tiny spots under foreskin

Ive recently noticed small red spots under the foreskin, they appear to be really itchy at times and not so much sometimes, ive been having unprotected sex also but the girlfriend seems fine, im kind of worried about the situation and want to know if there is anythin i can do, at times it becomes really itchy consistantly.

not really, bumps are still so many different things. you could be her 1st or #100 still would not matter that much. both of you could still be virgins and bumps are bumps...many many different things.
maybe a fungial infection, maybe bacterial...can't say.
