My right testis is bigger than left since i noticed for first time 6yrs back..i hadnot done intercourse till then..and sometimes there was discharge from urethra not yellow or whitish..i had done intercourse 2yrs ago with protection...then i got tested for hiv one year back..result is negative.i got sbig rash like on my penis between the year of intercourse and HIv testing and red lesions around my scrotum. Now recently i got tested for syphillis and reult was negative.now i had 2big rash with flat brown sport at centre and red at periphery..and my left knee joint also pain sometimes.and i got backache sometimes.do i have gonorhoea or any other sexual diseases.help me !!thanks in advance !!

I had sex with unknown women 2yrs back .and then i experience one pimple in my penis and red lesions around scrotum.and loss of hair. Prickling like fellings in my feet and fingers moving like in nervousness.pain in balls and sometimes around neck.one year back i had done HIV blood serum test which come back negative and now recently syphillis test .which also come back negative.AM i having AIDS or some other disease !! Please help me your message will save my life from going in vain...please i beg you sir
