I was hospitalized for 14 days with injections of 24miu penicillin total per day, 6 shots per day,  for 14 days. My VDRL reading in November 2011 was 1:64 and today is 1:16. Is it cure or not cure? Please answer it  doctor.

Syphilis is only transmitted from direct contact with a syphilis sore. You don't have syphilis.

No Dr's post here. Your number has gone down which shows that treatment is/has worked. Follow up with your Dr if your still concerned.

Yes it appears to have been treated successfully. The number may never go below 1.
