unsure

About a month ago I was having sex with a girl and the condom broke.  Over the last month I have noticed no symptoms of an std except the fact that I have been itchy in the inner thigh area, scrotum area and sometimes the penis.  Not sure why?  I have had itch issues on the inner thighs for quite awhile and usually after I shave myself or trim my hair it itches for awhile as well.  I play hockey regularly and a month ago I took up running 3 times a week.  Could this be a form of jock itch or something else?  Do you have any advice on getting rid of this itch.  Should I go and get tested for an std?  My mind is all over the place on this.  One day I think it is jock itch the next an std like Chlamydia, or warts or herpes but I have no other signs of these.  Please help me out, I would greatly appreciate it.
Thank you

The symptoms you describe do not indicate an STD infection. I would cross that off your list of possibilities.
