what can i do...

I was treated for gonorrhea and chlamydia because a girl i had sex with was diagnosed with a std so she told me about that and i decided to go to the doctor there he gave me a shot for gonorrhea and 1 g of azithromycin i have some test for chlamydia, herpes 1&2 HIV Syphilis all came back negative i did have test for gonorrhea because according to the doctor the shot he gave me would kill the bacteria immediately... The thing is since then i still having a lil bit of white discharge in the morning only but no hurt and only burns sometime, but it is only in the mornings the rest of the days everything is normal... What could it be...

Thanks for ur answer Alan, and yes the doctor gave me antibiotics without any test... Yesterday i went to other clinic and the told me it is not a std it can possible be an infeccion in the kidneys so i have to do a urine culture and a blood culture... :)

Its not clear if you were ever confirmed positive with an STD,  were you given antibiotics without positive tests?  You should go back for a follow up std tests after a month after  completing your medicine to ensure treatment has cured any infection. If they come back negative you can be sure its not a symptom of any STD.  If you remain concerned follow up with your doctor.
