what else could it be

About a week ago I had unprotected sex with some woman I just hooked up with that day. I was worried I had a Std but things seemed good. But about three days ago I start getting this tingling feeling in my penis. It doesn't burn or hurt or anything like that. I have no discharge or any rash or redness on or around my penis. This feeling comes after I get up from bed or nap and start walking around. Oh and no burning sensation when I pee. Could this my mind play tricks on me because of what I did an I have a girl who I'm about to marry. I have to know the doctor said its sounds nothing like a std, but I'm still waiting on my results.

Got tested and I'm std free for syphilis, chlamydia, gonorrhoeae. But the tingling is still going on. It only comes once and day pretty much now, but its nowhere near as bad as it was before. Another thing that has been going on since the tingling started. When I feel like I have to pee I feel it in my penis and when I do pee it seems like not all of it comes out. Still no burning when I pee or discharge or soars, blisters. I still need answers about what is going on. And could it ne herpes because I read from the internet that tingling can mean herpes. But my tingling has been going on for about 2 weeks and I have had no outbreak.

Overall I would not be concerned about a STD, but testing was the smart move.
