what is it?

So here it is. About 17 days ago I had an encounter with a woman and we had mutual masturbation, nothing else. I will assume I touched her then myself.  Seven days later with a new woman, we did the same plus I gave her oral around her clit and urethra area, not vaginal opening, and we had protected sex. Well the next day I noticed these bumps at the base of my penis, right side, the are  pimple like, small and have now been there for 10 days. They are sort of hard and usually fleshy colored, although sometimes they look like whiteheads. Here are the kickers, I know I have HSV 1, I wet shaved the day before the first encounter, they don't really hurt or bother me. I went to see the doc and she didn't have an answer for me, just said that she didn't think they were herpes and since they weren't leaking by day four, that day, couldn't do a swab but did take blood.  I had them swab anyway. I had left over doxcy from 10 months ago so I started taking it the day I first saw them.  Depression has made it hard to eat, sleep, or have energy. I thought maybe this was due to shaving but all my usual bumpies have long since healed and sometimes I think I might be having a warm or burning sensation along my right groin area. What do you think?

One year later:  So I thought I would follow up since it has been one year, and I almost have good news to report.  I say almost because it seems a new issue has arose despite the old one seeming to go away (posted at the end).  From all indications it appears I had/have HPV (GWs) since my partner tested positive but didn't specify for which kind (that's what those bumps must have been).  However, in doing some research I learned that in many cases the body naturally flushes this out in a year or two and so I've done my homework to speed up the process (I think).  I recommend researching an Indian Clinical Study on Zinc Sulfate for those with possible HSV2, and Butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT) as well.  I also invested in a masticating juicer and lyposomal Vitamin C (mega dosing).  At one point I went up to 10g of Lyposomal Vitamin C a day.  It's also important to understand where to threshold is for ascorbic acid and sodium ascorbate. In addition to these staples I have used Lemon Balm on what I felt were potential outbreaks for oral HSV1 - works awesome! Used Oil of Oregano under the tongue, clove mixed with water, L-lysine, AHCC (there is a UT study on this for HPV), zinc, folic acid, garlic with high allicin, fish oil, coconut oil, and Echinacea.  I am probably leaving out some other supplements but they are minor in nature otherwise believe me I would remember.  I have spent hundreds of dollars and hundreds of hours on the above and researching what is out there and what works or is a hoax.  Am I an expert....hardly....maybe a novice at best.  Results.....Since October I have not had any issues what-so-ever!  I even went on a bender to test myself (drinking alcohol, skipping taking supplements, and eating like total crap and for 4 days straight).  I haven't had any HSV1 outbreaks, which is pretty amazing considering I had had four by this time last year!  No more bumps down below.
The bad news....well, my recent bender/test I think let a urinary issue flare up.  The worrier in me thinks the worst Chlamydia or Gon.  but then I wonder why it would suddenly decide to appear a year later!?  I was dehydrated last week and had some stinging morning urination (just once in the morning for two days).  I've been drinking ACV and taking Cranberry extract and doing OOO under the tongue (5 drops x2 daily).  My bladder area feels "full"ish but I don't have a constant urge to go.  Since rehydrating no more burning, no irritation when peeing, no aching testies, just an irritable urethra and penis tip after going (very mild).  No detectable leaking white or green fluid.  I've had Gon. before and was treated so I know the absolute horrible feeling that ensues, right now it feels the same as the early symptoms but no discharge or burning so I'm left wondering. (For those wondering it goes from bad to horrible in about 48-72 hours so get seen quick!)  If it gets worse doc here I come.  Natural remedies can only go so far.  Prayers are always welcome.

114 Days Later:  Just an update, I have not had a single day now in the past four months without "bumps" in my genital region.  Granted I have not checked every single day, but pretty close.
Description:  Generally they are pinkish/whitish/light flesh colored; cause no real irritation if I leave them alone, are firm for the most part, generally don't change, are not generally clustered on top of one another but do occur very near one another, average about the size of a dull pencil tip, are generally round and raised in appearance.

Some have gone away with Tea Tree Oil or Apple Cider Vinegar applications (usually takes 4-7 days straight).  They occur pretty much anywhere now except below the scrotum and at the top half the of penis.

1. If this was HSV2 don't you think I would get a break (normal time)? Or they would burn or weep or it would burn when I pee, or there would be a "rash" like appearance, scabbing, fever?
2. If this was GWs shouldn't they be cauliflower like? Shouldn't they grow in individual size?  Some have turned white with ACV but that don't always = GWs.

I appreciate you taking the time to read this.  And if you respond with true insight, and not just "Go see a Doc" then thank you all the more!!

Sorry to keep posting about this but as you can imagine my anxiety is to the roof.  Other things of note.....they said I had an unusually high protein content in my urine when I was in the doctor's office. Also after further examination I noticed today quite a few of the "pimples" have hair growing out of them or very close to them and one has a notable dimple or depression in the middle of it. From what I have read online these are good factors against HPV and HSV2 but again bracing for the worst when the results come back. Thank you again for all your feedback.

I'm sorry but we don't look at photos here. You did the right thing and visited your doctor. She told you she didn't think it was herpes so believe her. Try not to get depressed. Most probably you have nothing.

Thank you for your input. Not sure if you can view my photos but I posted some. This is day 10, today. Virtually no change at all.

If it helps you, I'll repeat what I said: I think you have nothing regarding the info you posted before.

So I put tea tree oil on the area this morning and after some very mild irritation, i guess, the "pimples", look so benign and almost like they are going away. I am trying not to get my hopes to far up.

Mutual masturbation is no risk for STD, oral sex on a woman is very low risk and if you had got anything the symptoms would have showed up in your mouth, not on your genitals. Proteted sex is very low risk for some STD and no risk for other and no STD show symptoms a day after so I think you have nothing.
