white discharge with no other symptoms

I received oral unprotected two weeks back and 2 days later there was some white discharge at the tip of my penis.. That night there was stains on my underwear. but then it stopped  until yesterday. After a drunk night, i saw stains on the underwear again, but nothing during the day. I do not understand. Is this any think I have treat? I am in Spain and its difficult to even find a clinic!

Please help.

if you have new symptoms then you need to follow up on them.

it's not likely you had a std from your encounter that wasn't properly treated and now is giving you issues. totally sounds like overkill and unnecessary antibiotic use with your symptoms back in june as it was.

The discharge stopped that very same day.

So to be sure I took levofloxacin 500 mg a day for 5 days. I read about the resistences to that and later after two weeks took doxycycline 250mg a day for 10 days.

It's been eight months later and I started working out and my testis started getting a dull ache. I am just worried it's some long term complication of gonorrhea or something. Any help?

Finding a clinic difficult?

You should visit a doctor and get tested as soon as possible.

Treatments are very easy for gonorrhea, syphilis and NGU. One shot IM and two weeks antibiotics.

Do not afraid. I am talking about the worst scenario.
By the way, there is no HIV risk.
