You don't do anything - they are totally normal, and unless they change, you have nothing to worry about. If they change, you might want to see a doctor to make sure everything is ok.

Read up on it, but most of all, seek a dermatologist.
If it is a Sebaceous cyst, don't pop it. This is from wikipedia about Sebaceous cysts...
"Under no circumstances must one try to pop the cyst, as it can lead to infection of the surrounding tissue. The neck is a particularly dangerous region, due to the glands and blood vessels."

One shouldn't pop a Pearly Penile Papule themselves I don't think....one should seek a physician about that
i also have the same problem, and i'm a virgin as well...it is npt painful, but it makes my penis looking good. to which doctor should i check this problem?
