white tipped bump in crouch area , a bump growing under skin in crouch area what could this be?

a few yrs back a dated a lady. we had a short sexual relationship. after we seperated i noticed 3 bumps on the shaft of my penis. they didnt hurt at all and they went away after a few days.fast foward to now and i noticed 2 bumps on my crouch area. one on the right and one one the left. the white tipped one looks like a pimple of sorts. i once busted one and puss and blood oozed out. i thought i had foccilitis and i bought some tetrasil. it makes the bumps go away but after awhile they resurface.could you please tell me what theses bumps may be?

Whenever I hear a desrciption of a white bump I always recommend to check out Molluscum Contagiosum also called MCV - the MC lesions are pretty distinctive and easy to recognize after you read up on the description - MC is harmless and eventually goes away but it can take awhile - generally 6 to 12 months for the body to clear them.
