worried about STDs

Hi, I had sex with someone I don't know very well at all about 3 weeks ago. I got tested for chlamydia and gonorrhea and both came back negative, and everything seems to looks normal in terms of herpe, warts, syphillis or anything like that. We used a condom (but it was dark when it was put on and we had both had a little too much to drink so I'm not entirely sure it was on correctly. I also gave him oral sex, but he didn't ejaculate in my mouth. He didn't ejaculate during intercourse either, but in both cases there may have been pre-***. I am really stressing out about HIV simply because I don't know him well at all. What are the chances of transmission in this case? Thank you so much.

Most people don't have HIV and it's not that easy to get even if he did have it,the risk even with unprotected sex is something like 1/1,000 per episode you had protected sex so the risk is zero  ( those figures do not give the"go ahead" to have unprotected sex though in the future ) I am telling you them only to calm your fears on having contracted HIV   .....
As far as Herpes is concerned thats a different issue as condoms don't cover everything but still your risk is low there too .....
If you continue to worry over thisI would advice being tested for Herpes you don't need an HIV test.

You had protected sex - if the condom remained intact, for all practical purposes your risk is almost zero (for HIV).  Regarding the unprotected oral sex, the risk is very, very low.  I wouldn't suggest any further testing.
Good luck,

Very low.

1. You do not know that he had it. For most groups of people the chances are low. Was this person for any reason high risk. The fact that you do not know him does not make him high risk.
2. Condom protected vaginal sex has a very low chance of transmission for HIV
3. Oral sex has a very low chance of transmission for HIV

You are worrying too much about this. If this worries you so much, you probably get to know your partners better.
