worried about a sexual encounter

Hello, I know there have been numerous questions similar to this, but I'm going to ask anyways...

I went out with my friends to a strip club and ended up getting a lap dance and massage. I'm wondering what kind of risk I am in for HIV or another STD.

I had a naked massage, where I was given a handjob and I fingered her. Our genitals never came into direct contact, but I am worried about transmission through her hands.

Any thing you could tell me would help, and any advice you can give would be very much appreciated.

As you know from all the other threads, there is no risk from fingering and handjobs.
