Blister on penis

hello....

I am a 21 yr old boy and i am VIRGIN. I masterbate regularly......sometimes even twice a day (making sure that the prev mastrbatn was 12 hrs back). Few days earlier I developed a blister on the foreskin of my penis (uncircumcised). it was flesh colored but it did not ooze out any smelly fluid or something. i applied suthol on it (an antiseptic). It was quite painful and it burned evrytime my penis touched my shorts. Over the next 2 days the blister shrunk. it is almost painless now...but the foreskin has swollen a bit...is it because of the blister?i am also having difficult to retract the foreskin....actually with each passing day as the blister shrinks i can retract the skin more.....but i still could not retract it entirely....i hav no difficulty or burning sensation while peeing.....i would like to knw wht probably caused such a blister.... this is the first time such  a thing happened so  i am pretty nervous about it......wht are the different hygene probs dat i may hav.....I shower twice a day.....but sometimes due to laziness i skip a shower....

thank you in advance

I honestly don't know what would cause the blister. I think if you masturbate dry (without lubrication) you could cause irratation just like you would if you went ice skating without socks. Friction leads to blistering so make sure you use some sort of lubricant when you masturbate. Otherwise everything else sounds entirely normal :)
