Blood during intercourse

I am very concerned that my last 2 sexual intercourses, I made both girls bleed heavily upon completion. I am not exactly that big down there (7-7 and a half inches) and not to offend either girl, they aren't exactly inexperienced lovers. The 1st intercourse was regular, commonly very enjoyable intercourse but the 2nd one particularly enjoyed and requested "rough" sex.
At the end, not only the embarrassment on both sides is unbearable but it just kills the mood.
Both experiences involved long foreplay and oral sex before intercourse.
Am i doing something wrong?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
If the girls were virgins then this bleeding could be due to tearing of hymen. But if they were not virgins then this bleeding could be due to vaginal or cervical trauma as well. Use water based lubricants like KY jelly during intercourse or indulge in plenty of foreplay before sex.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Maybe a few too many rough moves.  Women are pretty polite and willing to bear a lot when it comes to sex, we know men are sensitive about their technique.  But you can bonk a cervix in your enthusiasm and get some bleeding.
