Blood in stool

I was diagnosed with IC in April of this year.  I have experienced bladder pain during sex before, so it is not a surpise when this occurs.  Saturday evening I did have intercourse, which was a bit rough, but I did not have anal sex and never have.  Afterward, I was somewhat sore in the vaginal area, but I was not worried and though this was due to a lack of lubrication.  The next day I noticed blood in my stool, and there was blood in my stool again today.  I am 23 and have never had any symptom like this before.  I didn't think the bloody stool would be related to IC, but I am not sure.  I'm starting to really worry and am getting scared.
