Can Some1 help me???

I m 17 years old boy i had started maturbating before 2 years , i wanna stop it but m nt able to , and now my nerves are becoming weaker , i matrubate 2-3 times a day . so can some1 help me ????

Hi why not cut down say one a day won't do you any harm if anything you will benefit from it , later on you may suffer from ED if you continue 3 a day , Take care , Chill

Masturbation is a natural habit. It does no harm if you do it in limit and keep yourself healthy.Starting masturbation at 15 is okay. But doing twice a day is not okay. In fact if you are Masturbating properly an in limit, you can get some health benefit.
Tips on masturbation. Masturbate with lubricated hand. Do not stop breathing while Mbating. keep your perineum relaxed. Do not do in prone position. Take  maximum pleasure in one mbation.
Learn abdominal breathing from Google. Do it regularly for 10 minutes twice a day. When ever you want to control ejaculation, use this breathing. This will hep you in solving many problems of your life. Do not masturbate on prone position as it will put pressure on the base of your penis. There are many ways to improve your sexual habits and health. Research, discuss and practice. Breathing exercise is good for sexual problems. fint it and try it.
