bloody muscle tissue comes out when I urinate?

I'm 14, female, and a virgin. I just started my period last year. I've had some discomfort down there ( throbbing pain some itching and burning). I'm not on my period but yesterday when I went to the bathroom there was a large string of what looked like muscle tissue covered in dark blood. I'm scared and my mom said to ignore it but idk what to do.
